ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the website of Mentors Training (hereinafter “THE COMPANY” or “the Website”) and by contracting any of the services offered, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the Website and the services offered.
Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is formalized at the moment you make the payment for the services, expressing your consent in accordance with Articles 1803 and 1834 Bis of the Federal Civil Code and other applicable provisions.PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

THE COMPANY offers online workshop services specializing in the following areas:

A) Human Resources (HR)

  • Effective Communication and Teamwork
  • Performance Management for Leaders
  • Conflict Management in Work Teams
  • Employee Onboarding and Experience
  • Modern Leadership for Supervisors
  • Organizational Culture and Work Environment

B) Artificial Intelligence (AI)

  • Introduction to AI for Business Teams
  • AI Applied to Business Productivity
  • No-Code AI Automation
  • Prompt Engineering for Teams
  • AI for Customer Service and Sales

C) Customized Services

  • Design of tailored workshops based on specific client needs
  • Combination of contents from multiple workshops
  • Adjustment of duration and focus according to requirements

Workshops are delivered exclusively online via video conferencing platforms. The specific platform will be communicated at the time of contracting.

LEGAL CAPACITY

The services are intended exclusively for adults with full legal capacity to contract under Mexican law.
By contracting our services, you declare that you are over 18 years old and legally capable of entering into obligations.

CONTRACTING PROCESS

A) Selection and Request
The user selects the desired workshop through the Website and completes the registration form with the required information.

B) Quotation
For customized services, THE COMPANY will provide a specific quotation that must be accepted by the client before contracting.

C) Payment
Once the quotation is accepted or the workshop is selected, the user proceeds with payment through authorized methods.

D) Confirmation
THE COMPANY will send a confirmation of registration and workshop details (date, time, access link, materials) to the email provided.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

A) Prices
Workshop prices are expressed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) plus 16% VAT and are published on the Website. THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice, while always respecting the prices of services already contracted.

Prices include:

  • Access to the online workshop
  • Digital materials provided during the workshop
  • Certificate of participation (if applicable)

B) Payment Methods
Payments are made exclusively via:

  • Credit card
  • Debit card

Payment must be made at the time of contracting the service. Cash and checks are not accepted.

C) Payment Processing
Payments are processed by authorized and certified payment service providers. THE COMPANY does not have access to or store bank card information. All transactions are made via a secure SSL connection.

D) Tax Receipts
THE COMPANY will issue tax receipts (invoices) in accordance with current tax legislation upon client request. Clients must provide full tax information at the time of contracting or within 5 business days after payment.

ACCESS TO WORKSHOPS

A) Technical Requirements
To participate in online workshops, the user requires:

  • Stable internet connection
  • Computer, tablet, or mobile device
  • Functional audio (microphone and speakers/headphones)
  • Webcam (recommended but not mandatory)
  • Required video conferencing software (will be communicated in advance)

B) User Responsibility
The user is responsible for:

  • Meeting the technical requirements
  • Ensuring proper functioning of their equipment before the workshop
  • Connecting punctually
  • Maintaining appropriate behavior during sessions

THE COMPANY is not responsible for technical issues on the user’s side that prevent or hinder participation.

C) Recordings
Workshops may be recorded for THE COMPANY’s internal use. If the user wishes to record sessions, prior written authorization is required.

COMPANY OBLIGATIONS

THE COMPANY commits to:

  • Deliver workshops on confirmed dates and times
  • Provide qualified instructors
  • Provide the corresponding digital materials
  • Send the workshop access link in advance
  • Respond to inquiries related to contracted services

USER OBLIGATIONS
The user agrees to:

  • Provide truthful and complete information
  • Make timely payments
  • Connect punctually to workshops
  • Maintain respectful behavior toward instructors and other participants
  • Not share access links with unauthorized third parties
  • Not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize materials without authorization
  • Use acquired knowledge ethically and legally

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
A) Company Content
All content on the Website and in workshops, including but not limited to: texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, teaching materials, presentations, source code, design, and structure, is the exclusive property of THE COMPANY or its licensors and is protected under Mexican intellectual and industrial property laws.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, transmission, publication, or commercialization of any content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

B) Permitted Use
The user may:

  • Use the materials for personal or internal business purposes
  • Print materials for personal reference

The user may NOT:

  • Reproduce or distribute materials for commercial purposes
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from materials
  • Sublicense, sell, or transfer content to third parties
  • Remove copyright or trademark notices

SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
THE COMPANY provides customer service to:

  • Resolve service-related inquiries
  • Address workshop access issues
  • Process invoicing requests
  • Manage cancellations and refunds

LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

A) Limitation of Liability
THE COMPANY is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues beyond its control (internet failures, power outages)
  • Damages resulting from improper use of acquired knowledge
  • Loss of user data
  • Specific results not guaranteed from applying knowledge
  • Technological incompatibility of user equipment

B) Service Availability
THE COMPANY will make its best effort to maintain Website availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance may occur with prior notice.
C) Force Majeure
THE COMPANY is not liable for non-fulfillment of obligations due to force majeure or unforeseen events, including but not limited to natural disasters, authority acts, pandemics, massive internet service failures, etc.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

The processing of personal data is governed by THE COMPANY’s Privacy Notice, available on the Website. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user declares having read and accepted the Privacy Notice.

MODIFICATIONS

THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the Website with the update date.
Already contracted services will be governed by the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of contracting.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared null or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

For the interpretation, compliance, and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions, the parties expressly submit to the laws of the United Mexican States and to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply due to present or future domicile.

By using the Website and contracting services, you declare that you:

  • Have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions
  • Have read and accepted the Privacy Notice
  • Have legal capacity to contract
  • Have provided truthful and complete information
