GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Refund and Cancellation Policy establishes the terms and conditions under which Mentors Training (hereinafter “THE COMPANY”) processes requests for service cancellations and refunds for payments made for online workshops.
By contracting our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

CANCELLATIONS BY THE CLIENT

A) Cancellation Period for Refunds

The client may cancel their registration and request a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

Cancellation 3 to 7 days in advance:

  • If the client cancels their registration between 3 and 7 business days prior to the workshop date, they are entitled to a 50% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation less than 3 days in advance:

  • No refund will be granted if the cancellation is requested less than 3 business days before the workshop date.

Cancellation after the workshop has started:

  • Once the workshop has started, no refund will be provided.

B) Cancellation Procedure
To request the cancellation of your registration, the client must:

  1. Send a request by email to: atencion@mentorstraining.com
  2. Include in the subject line: “Cancellation Request”
  3. Provide the following information:
    • Full name of the participant
    • Name of the contracted workshop
    • Workshop date
    • Confirmation number or proof of payment
    • Reason for cancellation

C) Processing Time

  • THE COMPANY will confirm receipt of the request within 24 business hours.
  • The request will be verified to ensure it meets the established requirements.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 15 to 30 business days.
  • The time for the refund to appear in the client’s account depends exclusively on the issuing bank’s procedures and may vary.

CLIENT NO-SHOW
If the client does not attend the workshop without prior cancellation:

  • No refund will be issued
  • Participation cannot be rescheduled for another date
  • The service will be considered as rendered

TECHNICAL ISSUES DURING THE WORKSHOP
A) Issues Attributable to THE COMPANY
If technical problems attributable to THE COMPANY prevent the workshop from proceeding normally (platform failures, absence of the instructor without justification, etc.):

  • The workshop will be rescheduled at no additional cost, or
  • A proportional refund for the unattended portion will be issued, or
  • A 100% refund will be issued if requested by the client

B) Issues Attributable to the Client
If technical issues are due to the client (lack of internet connection, inadequate equipment, software not installed):

  • No refund will be provided
  • THE COMPANY is not obligated to reschedule participation

CUSTOMIZED SERVICES
For personalized or custom-designed workshops, special conditions apply:

  • Cancellation and refund terms will be specified in the quotation
  • A non-refundable deposit is generally required to start content design
  • Cancellation deadlines may differ from those established for regular workshops

EXCEPTIONS
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the workshop has started
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with content (provided the advertised program was delivered)
  • Unmet expectations not specified in the workshop description
  • Personal incompatibility with the instructor or methodology
  • No-show without prior notification

BANK FEES
Bank fees generated by the refund will be borne by:

  • THE COMPANY: When cancellation is attributable to THE COMPANY
  • The client: When cancellation is at the client’s discretion

SPECIAL CASES
In extraordinary situations (serious illness, death, family emergencies), the client may request special consideration:

  • Supporting documentation must be provided
  • THE COMPANY will evaluate each case individually

DISCLAIMER OF GUARANTEES

THE COMPANY does not guarantee specific results from participation in the workshops. The workshops are educational and training in nature, and results depend on the individual application of the knowledge acquired.

POLICY MODIFICATIONS

THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on the Website with the date of the last update.
Already contracted services will be governed by the Policy in effect at the time of contracting.
